The collected materials are sold to a buyer selected through a formal procurement procedure.

Monthly Schedule for Non-Biodegradable Waste Collection

• First Tuesday and third Tuesday of each month – Kirimetiyannaya area
• First Wednesday and third Wednesday of each month – Alleppola area
• First Thursday and third Thursday of each month – Rassagala area
• Second Thursday and fourth Thursday of each month – Main road from Kirimetiyannaya to Bowatta
